About me
I am a licensed psychologist (Ph.D.) with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario, authorized to practise in clinical psychology, counselling psychology, and forensic psychology. I provide professional psychological services for adults in Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick, and Nova Scotia. My goal is to offer high‑quality, accessible psychotherapy tailored to the needs of each person who wishes to improve their mental health and overall well‑being.
I am authorized to practise by the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario: College of Psychologists of Ontario.
I support adults experiencing emotional or psychological difficulties, including anxiety, stress, depression, relationship challenges, difficult life experiences, problematic behaviours, adjustment issues, and major life transitions. My therapeutic approach aims to help each person better understand their emotions, identify behaviours that hinder their growth, and develop concrete strategies to regain lasting balance.
With more than thirty years of experience in private practice, community hospitals settings, psychiatric settings and correctional settings, I have developed a professional, compassionate, and integrative clinical approach. My expertise allows me to assist adults facing complex issues through a therapeutic approach grounded in best clinical practices.
