Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic Therapy

Humanistic therapy is a supportive, client-centered approach that focuses on your personal growth, self-understanding, and inner strengths. Rather than concentrating only on problems or diagnoses, this approach views you as a whole person with the natural ability to grow, heal, and make meaningful choices.

In humanistic therapy, the therapist provides a warm, non-judgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences. The goal is to help you better understand yourself, connect with your values, and move toward a more authentic and fulfilling life.

This approach also taps into your own strengths and inner resources. Together with your therapist, you build self-awareness, self-acceptance, and confidence in your ability to navigate challenges and create meaningful change in your life.
